“ME”xican Coffee
1 tsp. sugar
1.5 oz. tequila
2.0 oz Midnight Espresso Coffee Liqueur (Regular/Decaf)
1 C hot coffee
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Ground cinnamon, to dust
1 Cherry
Frost the rim of the glass with the sugar. Add the tequila and Midnight Espresso Coffee Liqueur. Dust the top with cinnamon to taste. Immediately add hot coffee and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
